After 21 years in the Navy — and ten household moves along the way — I know exactly what it feels like to start over somewhere new. I specialize in the University of Florida area — it's home for me too. I live nearby in a mid-century modern house, just a short bike ride from campus. Between my own seven years of teaching at accredited schools (including a semester at UF), and my wife's ongoing work there today, this university community isn't just where I sell real estate — it's genuinely where my life is rooted. This is a neighborhood built around walkability, bike lanes, local markets, live music, and a steady stream of new ideas from the university — the kind of place where a diverse mix of people feel at home, and I love helping new customers find their footing in it.

Outside of work, you'll find me fishing, gardening, birdwatching, or losing an afternoon to my (admittedly odd) button collection — usually with one of my three rescue cats supervising.
