Your life transition specialist and steadfast real estate ally. As a retired Navy veteran, Eli moved his family 10 times in 25 years before choosing Gainesville, Florida as home. Travelling around the world and back again has made him an expert at recognizing the opportunities and challenges of relocating and finding optimal real estate investments. Eli has taught for seven years at regionally accredited schools to include a semester at the University of Florida. He currently resides near UF in a mid-century modern home where he is proudly owned by four rescue cats, Ollie, MuMiao, Sully, and Equity.  Eli is an avid fisherman, gardener, bird-watcher, pétanque player and sewing button collector. He is committed to providing legendary service to all customers.
